Booking Policies
Please Read Carefully
Deposit
50% non-refundable deposit required to hold your date. Accepted via Zelle, CashApp, or Cash. Remaining balance due day-of before service begins.
Cancellation
25% refund if cancelled within 7 days of appointment. No refund after. Deposit transferable once if rescheduled with 48+ hrs notice. No-call no-show: $25 fee at next booking.
Late Arrival
$15 late fee after 15 minutes. After 30 minutes: appointment cancelled, deposit forfeited & non-transferable, $25 fee at next booking.
Travel
$0.76/mi beyond 25 miles from Clarksburg, MD 20871. Travel fee disclosed prior to booking. Once set up, we do not break down or relocate.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Please disclose all allergies, skin sensitivities & medical conditions before booking. Makeup with Nadezhda is not liable for reactions from undisclosed sensitivities.
Appointment Prep
Come with a clean face and no makeup. Please disclose permanent makeup (microblading, lip blush, eyeliner tattoo) and lash extensions prior to booking. Wear a button-up top.
Guests & No Refunds
No guests unless being serviced. No refunds once service is completed. Photos/video may be taken for portfolio & social media use unless client opts out.

The purpose and passion behind every brushstroke and eyeshadow palette
My love for makeup began when I was just eight years old, and over the years, that love has grown into both a passion and a purpose. Makeup gives me the opportunity to create, but more importantly, it allows me to help women of every shade recognize and celebrate the beauty that is already within them.
Every appointment is personal to me. It’s a chance to listen, connect, create, and make you feel genuinely cared for from the moment you sit in my chair to the moment I hand you the mirror at the end of your appointment.
For me, makeup is about so much more than the final look. It’s about bringing your inner beauty forward, building confidence, and using the gift God gave me to serve others with purpose, love, and care.
